Scopus Paper Submission Guidelines
Please note that detailed information on Scopus paper requirements will be published before the application period begins.
Papers must be submitted in Russian or English in Word format (.doc/.docx); .pdf files will not be accepted. The required length is 8–18 pages, excluding the references. The participant's paper must follow a uniform structure: Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion. You can also use a template to format your paper.
All papers must be accompanied by a publication clearance certificate, an expert opinion, or an export control statement, depending on the regulations established by your organization.
Materials must have an originality rating of at least 80% in the Antiplagiat system» for detecting textual borrowings. You are not required to independently check the originality.
No more than two papers per author, including co-authored papers, may be published in the Scopus collection following the conference. The recommended number of co-authors for a single paper is no more than five.
All submitted papers are reviewed by representatives of the conference organizing committee. The organizing committee reserves the right to reject papers submitted in violation of the requirements.
AI Application Guidelines for Paper Preparation
Limited use of generative neural networks is permitted in paper preparation solely for linguistic and stylistic processing (improving grammar and style, paraphrasing for clarity). The use of AI for generating scientific content is prohibited. The proportion of text processed using AI should not exceed 10% of the total manuscript. The use of AI must be declared at the end of the paper in a separate paragraph before the references.
