Publications
Following the conference, a collection of papers indexed in the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI) and a separate collection in Scopus are planned to be published. These collections will include papers that have passed peer review and been approved by the conference program committee.
To present at the conference and publish in the collection of papers, you must submit a paper outlining the results of your work after submitting your application. Original materials in Russian and English that have not previously been presented at other conferences will be considered. A publication clearance certificate must be uploaded along with your paper.
You may select only one publication format for each paper: either the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI) collection or the Scopus collection. Papers with the same title submitted for publication in both RSCI and Scopus will be rejected by the organizing committee. The conference organizing committee reserves the right to recommend that the author change the publication format from RSCI to Scopus and vice versa following the review process.
Papers are submitted through the personal account on the c.bmstu.ru conference platform.
AI Application Guidelines for Paper Preparation
Limited use of generative neural networks is permitted in paper preparation solely for linguistic and stylistic processing (improving grammar and style, paraphrasing for clarity). The use of AI for generating scientific content is prohibited. The proportion of text processed using AI should not exceed 10% of the total manuscript. The use of AI must be declared at the end of the paper in a separate paragraph before the references.
RSCI Paper Submission Guidelines
Papers must be submitted in Russian in Word format (.doc/.docx); .pdf files will not be accepted. The required length is 4–6 pages (minimum paper length is 6,000 characters with spaces), Times New Roman 12 pt, 1.5 line spacing, A4 page format, with 2 cm for all margins. The participant's paper must follow a uniform structure: Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion. You can also use a template to format your paper.
All papers must be accompanied by a publication clearance certificate, an expert opinion, or an export control statement, depending on the regulations established by your organization.
Before submitting their materials, authors must ensure that the papers submitted to the organizing committee have an originality rating of at least 80% in the Antiplagiat system for detecting textual borrowings. A verification report is not required.
No more than two papers by one author, including co-authored papers, may be published in the RSCI collection following the conference. The recommended number of co-authors for a single paper is no more than five.
All submitted papers are reviewed by representatives of the conference organizing committee. The organizing committee reserves the right to reject papers submitted in violation of the requirements. The RSCI collection is published in the author's version.

Publication Clearance Certificate
A publication clearance certificate or expert opinion is a document that allows a paper to be presented to a public audience. If organizations do not have expert committees, a publication clearance certificate, signed by the organization's head and sealed, must be completed at the authors' places of work. A sample certificate is available for download. A certificate is not required for international participants working outside the Russian Federation.
Participants planning to present at the conference and publish their papers must upload the publication clearance certificate to their personal account on the conference platform by the deadline specified in the key dates. Failure to submit this document may result in your application being rejected.
